Swift.Industries mounting hardware features hooks machined here in Seattle and provide safe and easy mounting. You can adjust the bungee tension by simply adjusting the knot to suit you rack style. The bungee attaches to your rear rack with an S-hook to prevent shifting and bouncing on the road.

    Hey Guys,

    Neat site and philosophy. I have a rear rack already mounted to my bike; will the pannier attach to that?
