Mini Short Stack Pannier $170/set

We snatched the opportunity to design a smaller pannier intended to drop the center of gravity and balance the load during extended tours.  We matched a wee set of bags to a customer’s rear panniers, changed the dimensions, and got really hyped on the result. They’re versatile bags designed for a front rack (most specifically a tubus low-rider), but make for awesome light load commuting bags.

The Mini’s feature

  • a top zip pocket
  • a three dimensional front pocket
  • a douple-sinch telescoping neck
  • Swift.Industries mounting hardware features hooks machined here in Seattle and provide safe and easy mounting. You can adjust the bungee tension with a simple knot to suit you rack style. The bungee attaches to your rear rack with an S-hook to prevent shifting and bouncing on the road. Design the bags to match your rear set or purchase them to commute through the city. The bags are 10″w X 13″t X 6″d

Can you make the short stack in an oiled canvas? Would you recommend that material?
